Fixed $9 for Express Delivery (DHL /TNT / FedEx / EMS)
FREE standard delivery for phones and accessories without battery to worldwide!
In 2014, we introduced express shipping service with additional $20. Almost 90% of our customers chose this inexpensive
but safe and fast shipping option. In 2015, we are going to further improve your shopping experience as followings:
1) Reduce the express shipping rate from $20 to $9 per shipment. The more item you buy in one order, the more shipping fee that you can save.
2) Set the express shipping rate ($9) as default in the shopping cart.
3) It applies to items include battery because only selected express shipping companies allow carrying battery in the parcel.
For items that do not include battery, buyer can also select to add $9 to use express shipping to receive your order in a faster way.
4) Give you more options. For some phone sets without batteries, if you do not need express shipping and can accept the standard shipping time
schedule, you can even save the default $9 shipping fee for express.
1) Registered Mail (phones and accessories without battery) : FREE of charge by deduct/Offset.
2) FedEx / DHL / TNT (With battery) : Fixed fees: $9 to worldwide. Except countries with postal restrictions
3) EMS Speed Post for Russia only: Fixed fees: $9 for 2 or more phones in an order. $20 for one phone only
1) Customers must reconfirm their shipment address with us
2) Customers must provide their contact phone number to us
3) Each parcel allows 0.5KG and/or maximum 2 phones, 2 batteries and 2 wall-chargers only.
4) For brand new phone with original box and packing material, only 1 box is allowed in each package.
5) All final terms & condition is subjected to individual delivery company and is subjected to change from time to time. Please visit their official websites for details.
6) The declared value and description of the parcel using express delivery will be informed to customer 24 hours before shipment. This is the responsibility of customer to check if there is any custom duty on the value and description. If customer rejects to pay custom duty (if any) and causes the return of parcel, the shipping company will charge another higher shipment cost to return to us. We will deduct this return shipment cost from the payment buyer made. So please check and communicate with us before shipment.
We are shipping your phone from Hong Kong (GMT+8 time zone), the only place on earth
that has free import and export taxes. Our shop opens 24 x 7, but our Shipping Office working hour is 10:00-21:00
(Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday) Your order date is according to the date
in Paypal, using the USA West Coast time zone (GMT-6).
We have regular shipment schedule. Normally, we ship 3 times a week, i.e. we will
ship your order within 3 working days. If you have shipment problem, 99% possibility
is caused by your Post Office or Customs Office! Contact us and we will solve
it for you!
We ship all items from Hong Kong to buyers' verified shipment address in Paypal.
It normally takes 5-10 days for DHL / FedEX / TNT to most destinations, 10-60 days to Russian by EMS, and 10-30 working days for standard shipping from pay day (payment cleared) to arrival.

Following your purchase online, ima-shop will send you email confirmation to acknowledge your order. Also, when your order is shipped,
we will send you the tracking number. Check your email and sometimes the Spam Box of your mailbox and make sure you get the status emails
1. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by Hong Kong Post
, EMS, DHL, FedEx, TNT,EMS or other delivery companies. These are estimates only, ima-shop is not responsible for any variance.
2. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, except order items using the normal airmail post -such as phone cover,
housing, cable, batteries & etc priced under $30. However, where the value of your total order exceeds $200 or/and includes a
high-value item -such as a box set brand new mobile phone íV then we strongly suggest customer taking the Express Delivery service such as DHL or FedEx.
3. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative
couriers or shipping options.
4. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers.
5. When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition
it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we have no responsibility for the condition of an item once it has been signed for
6. If goods are returned to ima-shop because of a failed delivery for
any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge
for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send goods.
7. Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 15
days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
8. Because postal and/or import tax restriction (unless buyer can accept special shipping arrangement),

At ima-shop we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return any goods purchased, then please follow the applicable policy detailed below:
Refund Faulty Goods - within 7 days
If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault and return to us in original packing and condition for refund in full.
First contact us about the item(s) and problem(s) with as much as detail as possible, quoting the address that you used to receive the products from us. We will reply you with a return reference number. To ensure your return is processed without delay, please ensure you include the Returns Reference Number provided with the warranty paper (applicable on mobile phones). Check that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of delivery and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods as returns are NOT our responsibility until they arrive back to us.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you ( In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued íV i.e. memory card reading faults, handset not powering up etc.). In this instance you will be liable for the return shipping costs.
Goods outside 7 calendar days shall be issued with a replacement only
Unwanted Goods - within 7 days
You can return unwanted goods within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods íV you are responsible for return shipping costs.
First contact us about the item(s), quoting the address that you used to receive the products from us. We will reply you with a return reference number. To ensure your return is processed without delay, please ensure you include the Returns Reference Number provided with the warranty paper (applicable on mobile phones). Check that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of delivery and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods as returns are NOT our responsibility until they arrive back to us. If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a re-stocking fee (can be up to 25% of the total price).
Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This is applicable to product software, all types of replacement batteries, Memory, Media Cards or similar products. Wireless or Wired Headsets are also excluded where evidence of in-ear use has been identified; this is due to reasons of hygiene.
Replacements & Refunds
Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. It will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your payment account i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card (through Paypal) are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Any return that is not accompanied with the returns reference number will be threaded as low priority and long process time.
Please write your name and address clearly on the package. Parcels with undefined sender information and have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.
Item returned after the warranty expired cannot be accepted.
