Postal Risk
Buyers have to be very sure about the custom rules of the shipment address country, because Hong Kong is a free trade country, but some countries are not. So we will not be liable to any tax or custom hold liability. We are NOT responsible for goods damage or lost in transit. After shipment posted, it is outside our scope of control. Therefore, we have no liability for anything happened after shipment posted.

Delivery Schedule
All deliveries are shipped within 4 days for orders placed before 5.00PM, Monday to Friday, but we do endeavour to ship before 4 days after receipt of an order. If payment is made by Credit Card and Paypal, 3 or more days will be needed for bank clearnace. Please note, we do not dispatch any parcels on Saturday or Sundays. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you or inform you if the goods will not be replenished. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, or offered a full refund, or you may choose an alternative product to the same value or less.

We do not offer refund policy! If you wish to return any item for exchange, please ensure that it is well packed and is returned, unused, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please quote your invoice number on any correspondence. This does not affect your statutory rights. You will be responsible for all postage and packing costs.

Cancellation of undelivered orders:
You may cancel any undelivered order within 3 days without giving a reason and receive a full refund.

Jerrykee will not accept the return of goods delivered in accordance with a customers order unless a proprietor of the company (Jerrykee) has agreed in writing to accept the return - this shall not constitute any admission on the part of Jerrykee. If the company (Jerrykee) has so agreed the goods shall be returned at the risk and expense of the customer and must be delivered to Jerrykee in perfect condition. In addition Jerrykee currently charges a restocking administration fee. This fee is currently 15% of the total of the goods returned.
